Discuss with advanced Postdocs and Junior Professors from different research fields and different research institutions what a career in research means! The half-day event for doctoral researchers provides an overview of the German research career system and highlights important career factors, criteria and aspects relevant to an academic career. Register by 23 November!

The program offers information on requirements and perspectives for career paths in research, integrating both systemic and personal insights. It considers the broader perspective of making a career at universities, non-university research institutions, and universities of applied sciences.

Research Career Day combines expert input, the exchange of experiences with researchers who are more advanced in their careers, and interactive elements. The following researchers will share their knowledge and experiences:
