You can choose freely from four online half-day sessions and put them together individually according to your needs. Based on the overall theme, they cover key aspects ranging from project design and visibility to self-efficacy and the logic of a grant proposal. Registration is already open.

  • Module 1: 11 September | 09:00–13:00 h
    Project design and funding landscape – How do I find the suitable funding program for my proposal?
    Focus on defining your research vision, identifying your profile as a PI, and navigating the national and EU funding landscape.
     
  • Module 2: 17 September | 09:00–13:00 h
    Becoming visible in science – Publication strategies – what, where, how and when?
    Learn how to build a strategic publication pipeline that boosts your academic reputation and strengthens future grant applications.
     
  • Module 3: 30 September | 09:00–13:00 h
    Self-efficacy – How do I gain self-confidence and strengthen my competencies to become a responsible leader of my own scientific project?
    Reflect on your leadership identity, strengthen your resilience, and develop the tools needed to manage a successful research team.
     
  • Module 4: 7 October | 09:00–13:00 h
    The logic of a grant proposal – What goes where and how?
    Master the mechanics of proposal writing: structure, realistic time and budget planning, and clear communication tailored to reviewer expectations.
