Leadership has undergone changes – in parallel with changes to our work environments. Our online workshop "Leadership Skills for Postdocs" (7 to 10 November) offers postdoctoral researchers the opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the areas of conflict management, giving feedback, hiring, and leadership styles.

The workshop is aimed at postdoctoral researchers of the UA Ruhr universities and will take place using zoom for live interactions and the trainer´s learning platform for self-paced learning between the webinars.
