There are many options for a career in research even outside the university: At the Karriereforum on 1 October 2020, experts will provide insights into how to apply for professorships at universities of applied sciences, how to enter the business world, and career paths in non-university research institutions.

During the one-day event, postdoctoral researchers of the University Alliance Ruhr can ask questions about non-university career paths in different discussion rounds. In additional individual consultations, they will get practical tips for strategic planning and preparation of the next career steps.
