One-to-one mentoring, workshops and networking for your academic career: Women doctoral researchers of all subject groups can apply for the mentoring³ program (starting in fall 2020) until 15 July.

mentoring³ supports female early career researchers of the universities of Bochum, Dortmund and Duisburg-Essen in their academic career development. Over a period of two years, you will benefit from insights into important know-how in confidential one-on-one discussions with an academic mentor and expand your understanding of structures and rules in the academic world. A varied event program will accompany the mentoring relationship over the entire time.

The next program line for female doctoral researchers in the subject groups of humanities and social sciences, engineering, and natural sciences will start in fall 2020. You can apply from 1 June to 15 July 2020.
