Whether it is a question of resources and money, influence and space, or new tasks: negotiations are part of research life. Postdocs of the University Alliance Ruhr will learn how to conduct them confidently and strategically on 6 February 2020.

During the workshop "Selbstsicher verhandeln in der Wissenschaft" ("Negotiate confidently in research and science"), the participants will learn to identify negotiation opportunities and options. In addition to the theoretical basics, the event offers practical training. Appointment negotiations are not subject of this workshop. Workshop language will be German.
