Description

Successful negotiation, leadership communication, and feedback conversations are essential skills in academic and professional contexts. 

This workshop introduces core concepts of goal-oriented communication, negotiation techniques tailored to research settings, and methods for providing and receiving constructive feedback. Participants engage in hands-on exercises that enhance their ability to communicate assertively and collaboratively in a range of professional situations.

Trainer

Dr. Cornelia Altenburg is a historian who did research on scientific policy advice and, as a postdoc, on political commissions. Since 2015, she conducts seminars and workshops for researchers but also for public authorities, e.g. ministries or the Bundestag and in industry.
