Clear, respectful communication is essential for collaboration within teams and in interactions with other researchers.

Participants engage in interactive exercises that support reflection on roles and communication behaviour, enabling them to navigate team dynamics and hierarchical relationships more effectively.

Key takeaways:

  • Strategies to articulate and represent your interests within a research group
  • Approaches to setting healthy professional boundaries and defining your role
  • Making your work visible through effective communication
  • Practical scenarios and reflection on everyday communication challenges
