To be successful in an academic environment, it is important to be perceived and valued as a scientist. The workshop provides ideas on how you can become visible in the research and university context and position yourself strategically. It addresses how you can deal with the diverse expectations without getting lost in day-to-day business.

Prof. Dr. Uta Bronner is a specialist in leadership skills and executive coaching. With a doctorate in psychology and economics, she worked for over 10 years in various roles (primarily HR) at Robert Bosch GmbH. Before being appointed to the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences, she headed the organisational and personnel development department at a subsidiary of the group. Uta Bronner brings a unique blend of theoretical expertise and practical experience to her trainings. She has been working as a trainer and coach in academia for over 20 years.
